Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or package and non-exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. 

Cancellation policy:
Full prepayment required at time of booking and once confirmed booking remains non-refundable, no cancellation, no amendment accepted.

Uga 4WD Policy

Children under the age of three (3) are not recommended in 4WD vehicles/Jeeps unless accompanied by their parents or guardians in an exclusive 4WD vehicle (at an additional cost). Parents or guardians must also sign an indemnity form acknowledging the associated risks due to health and safety reasons.

Families with children under the age of twelve (12) are recommended to opt for an exclusive 4WD vehicle (at an additional cost) to ensure a more personalized and focused experience for families, although families are welcome to join excursions using shared 4WD vehicles/Jeeps.

Pregnant women are advised against going on excursions in 4WD vehicles/Jeeps due to health and safety reasons; however, they are welcome to join excursions if they sign an indemnity form acknowledging the potential risks associated with the activity.
These guidelines are established to ensure that every guest, regardless of age or condition can enjoy our adventures with peace of mind.
