• Rates based on percentage off best available rates.
• Rates are subject to service charges and applicable taxes.
• Rates quoted are per room per night and are subject to seasonal variations.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or package and non-exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. 
• Offers are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation policy:
Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and once confirmed booking will be subjected to the below cancellation policy. 
Cancellation policy applicable for stays until 19 Dec 2023 

For stays between 1 March - 30 June 2024/2025/2026 & 1 September - 19 December 2024/2025/2026; cancellations made before 07 days prior to arrival will be free of charge. For the same period, cancellations made within 07 days prior to arrival will incur a charge in full.
For stays between 1 July - 31 August 2024/2025/2026 & 20 December - 28 February 2024/2025/2026; cancellations made before 14 days prior to arrival will be free of charge. For the same period, cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will incur a charge in full.
