Exclusive special discounted room rate
Rates quoted are per room per night and includes all applicable taxes & service charge
Cancellation policy:
Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and once confirmed the following cancellation policy applies.
Flexible cancellation policy extended for all bookings made under this exclusive offer.
Free cancellation 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation made between 14 - 7 days to arrival will incur 50% cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in a 100% cancellation charge.

Local rates are valid only for Sri Lankan nationals and Sri Lankan Resident Visa Holders. In the event the booking is made by a local on behalf of a Sri Lankan Resident Visa Holder, the guest will be required to furnish a passport with a valid resident visa upon arrival. Due to strict regulations imposed by local authorities, guests may not be allowed to check-in until such is furnished. Kindly contact us should you need any further clarification on the above. 

Please be informed that bookings made under local rates require presentation of a valid Sri Lankan passport/National ID or a local resident visa upon check-in. If such documentation cannot be provided for any room in the reservation, the local rate will not be applicable. Instead, the best available foreign rate in USD will be offered for each room booked, and any prior payments made in LKR will be converted to USD and credited as partial payment toward your reservation.
