Hotel Swimming Pool Closure between 01 Nov 2024 until 15 Nov 2024
Kindly proceed with your room reservation only if you are comfortable with the hotel swimming pool not being available during your stay between the above period. We appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance your overall experience at Uga Bay.

Kindly note that we will commence essential maintenance work on the swimming pool at Uga Bay which will temporarily affect the availability of the pool. Starting from November 01, 2024 up to  November 15, 2024, our swimming pool will be closed for urgent and essential maintenance. Please be assured that this decision has been undertaken with the utmost concern for the safety and well-being of our esteemed guests. While we understand that this may result in certain inconveniences, we wish to underscore that all other resort amenities and services will remain fully operational throughout this maintenance period. We apologize for any disruption this may cause to your planned activities and encourage you to take advantage of the wide array of facilities and amenities at your disposal. Our dedicated team will be readily available to ensure that your stay continues to be comfortable and enjoyable. For any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming stay or reservations, please do not hesitate to contact us. A flexible cancellation policy is extended for all bookings made under this exclusive offer.
Free cancellation 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations between 14 - 7 days result in a 50% charge. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in a 100% cancellation charge.

Rates are valid only for Sri Lankan nationals and guests with Sri Lankan Resident visas holding locally issued cards. In the event the booking is made for a Sri Lankan Resident Visa Holder, guests are required to furnish passports with valid resident visas of all occupants upon arrival. Offer not valid for foreign nationals even if booked by a local card holder.
