Important notice:  Hotel Swimming Pool Closure between 01 Dec 2023 until 31 Jan 2024
Kindly proceed with your room reservation only if you are comfortable with the hotel swimming pool not being available during your stay between 01 to 14 December, 2023, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance your overall experience at Uga Bay.

Kindly note that we will commence essential maintenance work on the swimming pool at Uga Bay which will temporarily affect the availability of the pool. Starting from December 01, 2023 up to January 31, 2024, our swimming pool will be closed for urgent and essential maintenance. Please be assured that this decision has been undertaken with the utmost concern for the safety and well-being of our esteemed guests. While we understand that this may result in certain inconveniences, we wish to underscore that all other resort amenities and services will remain fully operational throughout this maintenance period. We apologize for any disruption this may cause to your planned activities and encourage you to take advantage of the wide array of facilities and amenities at your disposal. Our dedicated team will be readily available to ensure that your stay continues to be comfortable and enjoyable. Rates quoted are per room per night and includes all applicable taxes & service charge

Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and once confirmed the following cancellation policy applies. 
Flexible cancellation policy extended for all bookings made under this exclusive offer as follows.
Free cancellation 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made between 14 - 7 Days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
